What ITCP wants to differentiate itself in, and which is a source of pride for the school, is having recreated the simulation of a real pastry shop and restaurant kitchen. Inside the School, the working activities of a laboratory or kitchen are recreated.
This system leads students from: attending a practical course to "attending a real productive work activity." What may be situations of difficulty and problems related to a production activity are recreated, which is very different from being behind a desk "from school and producing something".
Work environments are subject to "emotional conditioning" that lead people into error, negatively influencing production. Thus you learn to work in synergy with the team in order to improve the emotional aspect of the individual and the work group, with the aim of making its production stable and of quality.
